In service of her clients, Ms. Bell has extensive experience negotiating and drafting complex finance, security, project development, joint-venture, investor rights, management and acquisition agreements and preparing and filing security instruments in connection therewith. She has provided legal counsel and representation to corporate, tribal and small business clients in connection with the financing and development of a $100 million national flag hotel and condominium project, the refinancing of a $150 million casino expansion and development of a $500 million entertainment complex, the financing and development of a $100 million geothermal and ethanol processing plant and a $350 million clean coal-fired power plant. In addition, Ms. Bell has negotiated and drafted various credit, security and guaranty agreements, inter-party, inter-creditor and subordination agreements and international and domestic distribution agreements providing collateral for such credit agreements in connection with the financing of more than 15 feature films collectively requiring more than $150 million in production and distribution financing.
In service of our corporate and small business clients, Ms. Bell works with Eric Parmater, a seasoned entrepreneur, business owner and consultant. Mr. Parmater has more than 25 years of experience in owning, operating, financing and growing a wide variety of businesses including restaurants and nightclubs, marketing, sales and customer loyalty programs, commercial and residential real-estate development, Internet companies and technology enterprises. Recognizing a great opportunity in the Central Ohio real estate market, Parmater spent six years purchasing and renovating over 70 single-family homes in the inner-city and historical areas of Columbus, Ohio. He developed a plan to allow low-income families to purchase properties, while also renovating 35,000 square feet of mixed residential and commercial space utilizing a local neighborhood redevelopment program. The total value of these projects exceeded $7.25 million.
In the summer of 2001, Parmater developed and provided the seed funding for GrooveJob.com, an Internet-based job board geared towards the high school and college demographic. GrooveJob.com receives over 100,000 hits per day and is a leading job board for its demographic. Since then, Mr. Parmater has developed several new technologies for the hospitality, bar and nightclub industry and has managed the research and development, sales and operations of bringing these technologies to market as well as securing substantial equity investments in the technology companies.
